Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

• Record Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, and Journal entries.

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and perform bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and file GST returns, generate E-Way Bills/E-Invoices, and reconcile GST records.

• Handle TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and related compliances.

• Manage purchase and sales accounting, vendor/customer reconciliations, and outstanding reports.

• Process import purchase entries and coordinate import documentation and regulatory compliance.

• Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure timely statutory compliance.

Key skills for the position:

• B.Com/M.Com or equivalent.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, and Import Accounting.
