  • Make cold calls and reconnect with old leads to revive enquiries.

  • Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, email, website, and other channels.

  • Perform professional communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.

  • Understand customer business profile, requirements, and challenges.

πŸ’Ό Sales Pitching & Demos

  • Present the correct software solution based on client needs.

  • Conduct multiple demo sessions (minimum 3 demo cycles).

  • Provide trial setup verification and guide clients during software usage.

  • Ensure complete pre-sales satisfaction before closing the deal.

πŸ“ˆ Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

  • Prepare quotations & proposals.

  • Handle negotiations confidently and smartly (without unnecessary discounting).

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and maximize incentives.

  • Collect payment and ensure end-to-end deal completion.

🀝 Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong rapport with prospects and customers.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups to convert warm leads into paid clients.

  • Offer after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team when needed.

  • Post software features, videos, offers, and updates on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.

  • Maintain CRM, google sheets, to do, pending tasks, daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
