Support clients from onboarding to ongoing usage
Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp and internal systems
Maintain and update customer details and interaction records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client support
Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience aligned with our brand values

Requirements

Good spoken and written English
