We
are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development
Executive to lead the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead
generation and pre-sales to deal closure and post-sales relationship
management.This hybrid role demands a strong grasp of both
online business development (bidding portals, LinkedIn
outreach,
etc.) and offline sales (B2B meetings, networking events). The ideal
candidate will possess excellent communication, consultative
selling, and coordination skills, along with a sound understanding
of IT services, custom software solutions, and digital
transformation offerings.
Software
Product & IT Service Sales
•
Promote and sell in-house
software products and IT services to domestic and international
clients.
• Conduct
product demos, virtual and in-person presentations, and build trust
with potential clients.
• Develop
and execute sales strategies to acquire business from the targeted
markets.
• Generate
and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and
quarterly targets.
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Generate leads
through online platforms (LinkedIn, email marketing, bidding portals)
and offline
• channels
(industry events, networking, cold outreach).
• Explore new market
segments and verticals, and drive B2B partnership development.
• Qualify leads,
identify decision-makers, and initiate consultative conversations to
understand pain
points.
Client
Engagement & Coordination
• Serve as the
point of contact between clients and delivery teams to ensure smooth
communication, requirement gathering, and alignment on scope and
timelines.
• Support
clients during onboarding and throughout the project lifecycle for
long-term satisfactionand retention.

Nurture key accounts to
generate referrals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Support & Communication
• Prepare business
proposals, sales decks, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
• Track leads,
opportunities, and communications using CRM or internal tools.
• Stay updated
with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Sales Support & Reporting
• Prepare business
proposals, quotations, contracts, pitch decks, and other sales
enablement materials.
• Maintain
accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools and internal
systems.
• Track
leads, sales metrics, and follow-ups to ensure visibility and
transparency.
• Stay
updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving
customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year
of experience in business development for an IT/software company.
• Proven experience in bidding on freelance portals and
closing deals.
• Strong experience in IT product
or SaaS sales.
• Experience working with both
Indian and international clients.
• Excellent
spoken and written English.
• Confident in
negotiations, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of web/mobile technologies and the software
development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CRM
tools and bidding platforms (preferred).

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
