Customer Relationship Executive

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) acts as the primary liaison between the dealership and its customers, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. They manage customer interactions throughout the entire journey, from initial inquiry to post-sales follow-up, ensuring a premium and hassle-free experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various channels (phone, email, in-person).

  • Sales Process Support:

    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery (documentation, scheduling, pre-delivery inspection).

    • Follow up on sales leads generated through various marketing efforts.

  • Complaint Resolution: Promptly and professionally address customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department managers when necessary, and analyzing the root cause of recurring problems.

  • Customer Retention & Follow-Up:

    • Conduct post-sale and post-service follow-up calls to gauge satisfaction and address any new concerns (Post-Service Follow-up - PSF).

    • Maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with accurate customer information and interaction records.

  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with the service department to schedule appointments, manage service inquiries, and ensure timely vehicle returns.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all paperwork, customer records, and complaint logs are accurately maintained and compliant with dealership and manufacturer standards.
