Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dyeing operations as per production plan.

• Ensure correct shade matching and process parameters.

• Check machine loading, temperature, and chemical dosing.

• Monitor quality at each stage and minimize shade variations.

• Coordinate with lab for recipe implementation.

• Maintain records of batches, process parameters, and production output.

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental norms.

• Guide operators and helpers for efficient workflow.

• Report any breakdowns, quality issues, or delays to the incharge.

Key skills for the position:

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Textile or relevant field.

• 3–5 years of experience in yarn or fabric dyeing.

• Knowledge of dyeing machines and shade development.

• Basic understanding of quality control and dyeing chemicals.

• Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills.
