×We are looking for an energetic and articulate Entry-Level Sales Executive or Marketing Associate to join our fast-paced commercial team. This is a full-time, work from office role ideal for a recent graduate (Fresher) who is eager to launch a career in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will receive training and mentorship in building a client base and executing marketing strategies.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, making introductory calls and sending professional communications.
Client Communication: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations (in-office or via virtual meeting) to potential customers.
Sales Process Support: Assist the senior team in preparing quotes, drafting proposals, and managing the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate lead and client interaction details.
Marketing Support: Assist in organizing marketing materials, executing email campaigns, and supporting trade show or event logistics.
Goal Achievement: Work proactively towards achieving weekly and monthly activity targets and learn to meet sales quotas under supervision.
Verbal Communication: Excellent confidence and clarity in speaking, specifically for cold calling and client interactions.
Persuasion & Negotiation: A natural drive and ability to influence others and confidently handle initial client questions or objections.
High Energy & Resilience: Ability to maintain enthusiasm and persistence despite rejection, which is common in sales roles.
Basic Digital Literacy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning CRM tools.
Active Listening: Capacity to quickly understand client needs and clearly articulate the product or service value proposition.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and senior sales teams.
