×We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Manager to join our company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential international buyers, generating export leads, negotiating deals, and managing end-to-end export operations. This role requires strong communication, networking skills, and a good understanding of international trade practices.
Identify, contact, and onboard potential international buyers.
Generate export leads through online platforms, trade directories, exhibitions, and networking.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions with buyers.
Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customs clearance teams for smooth execution.
Prepare and manage export-related documentation (Proforma Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.).
Build long-term relationships with international clients.
Monitor international market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation.
Lead generation and international buyer handling.
Market research and client relationship management.
Ability to work independently with target-driven approach.
Familiarity with export portals .
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bachelor Degree, Masters Degree
