Job Responsibilities:

International Sales Strategy & Planning

1.Identify new business opportunities in international markets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet export targets.

Set sales goals and forecast international revenue.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents.

Respond to inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues.

3. Market Research & Analysis

Analyze foreign market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Monitor global trade policies, tariffs, and economic conditions affecting sales.

Recommend product modifications to meet local market needs.

4. Order Management & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with logistics/shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Handle export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.

Key skills for the position:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of international trade laws and documentation

Proficiency in foreign languages (often a plus)

Cultural awareness and adaptability

Sales and marketing expertise

CRM and ERP software knowledge
