• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Handle attendance, leave records, and basic HR administration work.
• Support employee engagement activities and office coordination.
• Maintain professional communication through email and phone calls.
• Assist in payroll-related data collection and HR reporting.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.
