Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, attendance monitoring, leave management, and payroll coordination. The role involves maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, handling employee queries, supporting disciplinary processes, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The HR Executive also assists in statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, bonus, and audits, while managing HR MIS reports, training coordination, and employee welfare activities. Overall, the HR Executive ensures that HR processes run efficiently and that employees receive timely support in all HR-related matters.
An HR Executive must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. The role requires good command over MS Excel, HR software, and documentation processes, along with a solid understanding of basic HR policies and labour laws such as attendance, leave, PF, and ESIC. Time management, problem-solving ability, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential for handling daily HR operations. The candidate should be adaptable, disciplined, proactive in follow-ups, and capable of maintaining smooth coordination between departments while ensuring accuracy in HR records and compliance activities.
