×The Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational, administrative, or departmental activities. The role involves coordination, documentation, reporting, and execution of tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
Execute daily operational tasks as per departmental requirements
Assist senior staff in planning, coordination, and implementation of activities
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory norms
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
Handle data entry, MIS preparation, and record maintenance
Support audits, inspections, and management reviews when required
Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all tim
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
