Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule final rounds
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Support payroll coordination and compliance documentation
Act as a bridge between management and staff
Ensure smooth internal communication and discipline
