Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries.
Generate leads through research, calls, and online platforms.
Connect with potential clients via phone and email.
Meet and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare and maintain sales data, reports, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities when required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to research and identify potential clients.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and energetic approach.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
