Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock; perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP data.

• Documentation Management: Prepare and process Good Receipt Notes (GRN), Returnable Gate Passes (RGP), and Non-Returnable Gate Passes (NRGP) with high accuracy.

• Inward/Outward Handling: Supervise the unloading of supplies, verify items against Purchase Orders (PO), and ensure timely dispatch against Sales Orders.

• Warehouse Organization: Implement systematic storage (Bin mapping) to ensure easy retrieval and optimal space utilization.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure the warehouse follows safety protocols and maintains a clean, hazard-free environment.

• Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly stock reports, highlighting slow-moving items or discrepancies to the management.

Key skills for the position:

• 🎓 Qualification: B.Com (Minimum) or equivalent.

• 💼 Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Store Management or Warehouse Operations.

• 💻 Technical Skills:

  • High proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (knowledge of ERPNext is a major advantage).

  • Expertise in documentation handling (Invoice checking, GRN, RGP/NRGP).

• 🛠️ Equipment & Safety:

  • Knowledge of equipment operation related to storage and handling.

  • Understanding of industrial safety and compliance standards.

• 🧠 Soft Skills:

  • Strong organization and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure during high-volume dispatch periods.

  • Eye for detail to spot discrepancies in part numbers or quantities.
