Job Opportunity: Back Office Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Back Office Officer to join our administrative team. You will be responsible for supporting our sales and accounts departments by managing essential documentation and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded in our ERP system. The ideal candidate will act as a backbone for office operations, coordinating between customers, sales teams, and management to maintain efficient business workflows.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ERP Data Management: Accurately create and process Quotations, Sales Orders, and Sales Invoices in the ERP system.

  • Customer Coordination: Act as a point of contact for major clients (like AMNS, RIL) to handle inquiries, share datasheets, and coordinate delivery schedules.

  • Payment Reconciliation: Assist the accounts team in reconciling payments, tracking outstanding dues, and ensuring GST compliance for input credits.

  • Document Maintenance: Maintain digital and physical files for GST certificates, vendor contracts, and bank-related correspondence (Axis/SBI).

  • Communication Support: Draft professional emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, and formal letters for bank mandate changes or exhibition inquiries.

Key skills for the position:

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Qualification: B.Com (Minimum) or equivalent.

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: 2โ€“3 years of proven experience in back-office operations or administrative roles.

  • ๐Ÿ’ป Technical Skills:

    • High proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

    • Strong working knowledge of ERP software  

    • Familiarity with GST documentation and basic accounting principles.

  • ๐Ÿง  Soft Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).

    • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with numbers and part codes.

    • Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Operational Skills:

    • Ability to troubleshoot basic software issues and coordinate with ERP developers.

    • Experience in preparing formal business letters and reports.
