Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is a unique hybrid, split equally between Brand Marketing Activation and B2B Relationship Business Marketing. You will be the face of our company in the field while simultaneously building strategic partnerships with businesses that require high-quality HVAC solutions.
This is a "Hire-from-Internship" track. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance, reliability, and growth during the 3–4 month period will be offered a Permanent Marketing Associate position with a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Marketing Offline (50%) – Building Local/Online Presence
- Field Marketing: Represent the brand at trade shows, local community events, and industry meetups.
- Collateral Distribution: Manage the distribution of physical marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards) to residential and commercial hubs.
- Lead Generation: Engage in face-to-face interactions to identify potential Residential,Commercial, Industrial and business clients, business owners.
- Online Marketing: Online Brand Marketing via Facebook, Instragram, Whastapp, Website etc.. Strategy and Implementation
2. B2B Marketing (50%) – Growing Commercial Partnerships
- Outreach & Networking: Identify and connect with potential B2B partners, including real estate developers, interior designers, and facility managers.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain the company database with fresh B2B leads and interaction logs.
- Proposal Support: Assist in preparing professional marketing proposals and presentations for commercial HVAC contracts.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in the local commercial HVAC market.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills are mandatory for B2B negotiations.
- Resilience: High energy for field-based work and a "can-do" attitude.
- Professionalism: Ability to represent a technical brand to corporate clients.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the [Surat] area is a major plus.
