Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Order Management

• Handle buyer inquiries, order confirmations, and follow-ups

• Prepare and maintain order in ERP, costing details, and timelines

• Track order status from sampling to final dispatch

🔹 Buyer Coordination

• Communicate with buyers regarding fabric quality, shades, quantities, and delivery schedules

• Share samples, approvals, and updates on production progress

• Resolve buyer queries related to orders

🔹 Production & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with production, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and finishing teams

• Follow up with suppliers for raw material availability

• Ensure production is as per approved samples and specifications

🔹 Sampling & Quality Control

• Coordinate development samples, fit samples, and approval samples

• Check fabric quality, GSM, shade, and basic defects

• Support quality team during inspections

🔹 Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper documentation for orders, samples, and dispatches

• Prepare daily / weekly order status reports

• Support accounts or dispatch team when required

Key skills for the position:

✔ Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of textile fabrics, yarns, dyeing, printing, and finishing

• Knowledge of merchandising workflow

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp coordination)

✔ Soft Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati preferred; basic English)

• Strong follow-up and coordination ability

• Time management and multitasking

• Problem-solving attitude
