Job Responsibilities:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Quality Check (Pre-Packing)

• Perform a final visual inspection of the Lehenga, Choli, and Dupatta,Sarees before packing.

• Ensure there are no loose threads, missing stones/tassels (latkans), or stains.

• Verify that the correct size and color match the order details/invoice.

2. Specialized Folding & Packaging

• Fold Lehengas carefully to preserve  and prevent creasing on work.

• Place garments in protective plastic/polybags.

• Ensure the Packages are folded neatly and placed securely so they do not get crushed.

3. Labeling & Dispatch Preparation

• Accurately attach price tags, brand labels, and wash-care instructions.

• Stick the correct barcode or SKU stickers on the outer packaging for inventory tracking.

• Ensure the outer parcel is sealed tightly and is tamper-proof before handing it over to the courier partner.
  

  4. Inventory & Stock Maintenance

  • Maintain a count of daily packed units and report any shortages in packing materials (boxes, tape, bags).

  • Organize the packing area to ensure a smooth flow of goods from the finishing department to dispatch.
    

Key skills for the position:

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a textile, boutique, or e-commerce packing role is preferred.

• Skills: Ability to fold heavy garments neatly; basic reading skills to verify order slips and labels.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work efficiently during high-demand seasons (e.g., wedding season,Navratri Etc)
