Job Responsibilities:

• • Run the Bottom Sealing and Cutting machine daily.
• • Cut plastic rolls into bags of the correct size and width.
• • Set the machine speed and heat (temperature) correctly.
• • Check that the bag seal is strong and the cutting is clean.
• • Work carefully with Virgin/Recycled/Compostable plastic rolls.
• • Make sure there is very little waste of plastic.

Key skills for the position:

• Must have experience on a Bottom Sealing Machine.

• Good knowledge of Virgin plastic.

• Must know how to measure size and width perfectly.

• Basic knowledge of machine settings.

• Hardworking and regular.

• Experience with Compostable Plastic is a bonus!
