Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.

• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in line with GMP and company policies.

• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow to achieve deadlines.

• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring safety, discipline, and efficiency.

• Maintain proper documentation and reports of daily production activities.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, R&D, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.

• Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely preventive maintenance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce wastage.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and audit requirements.
