Sales Executive

To promote and sell car by providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and follow-up.

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Understanding customers’ needs and interest, and matching them to the most appropriate car.

2.      Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and feature of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.

3.      Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.

4.      Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.

5.      Maintaining customer database and communicating with them.

6.      Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
