SALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our real estate business. The candidate should have experience in property sales, client handling, lead generation, and closing deals. The ideal candidate must have good communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
Handle customer inquiries and explain project details
Arrange site visits for clients
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Negotiate and close sales deals
Maintain customer database and sales records
Coordinate with CRM and management team
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Provide after-sales support to customers
