We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up with customers/leads to ensure conversion and relationship building.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide detailed information to customers and address their concerns professionally.
Work closely with the sales/operations team for smooth customer service.
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable].
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
