• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

• Follow up with customers/leads to ensure conversion and relationship building.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Provide detailed information to customers and address their concerns professionally.

• Work closely with the sales/operations team for smooth customer service.
