TELLECALLING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive for our real estate company. The candidate should have experience in handling inbound/outbound calls, lead generation, client follow-up, and scheduling site visits. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers for property inquiries
  • Handle inbound calls and explain project details professionally
  • Generate leads through telecalling and database calling
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for sales team
  • Maintain daily call records and customer database
  • Coordinate with sales team for lead updates
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets
  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
